This costume was originally made for judging the 2001 Dawn Look-a-Like contest; I've always been a fan of it. It came together pretty quickly but I didn't finish it completely until the night of the contest when I cut the diamond piece out. I had this picture pinned up next to my bed for months to motivate me to do my situps as its very revealing! I think what I like the best about this costume is that it is very cleavage revealing but in the opposite direction. I have to create a 'bra' of black duct tape to keep the girls in place while wearing it. I also line the edge of the diamond cut out with tape to keep that in place as well. The shoulder pieces were created by finding a few sets of bracelets that were the absolute perfect shape and attaching the heavy chains to then with wire. I made the gauntlets out of a flexible metal; that was rather difficult as its *very* flexible and was very unforgiving of mistakes. Those have since been discarded.
