Curtain issues

The above pics are the curtains I got in the mail.  No ruffles down the sice, the fabric is sheer and thin.  The lace is sparse and the the top valance doesn't drape at all.

The below pics are the curtains I have and the same ones that were in the photo on the ebay auction.  You can clearly see the difference in the lace pattern and the swag.
